Clinical evidence shows that treatment outcomes are best when treatment is administered by a Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) incorporating a variety of practitioners. At Faircape Health, we bring together healthcare professionals from different fields to collaborate on treatment plans for optimal clinical outcomes.
About our MDT Approach
Primary and allied healthcare practitioners combine their specialities to administer the most comprehensive treatment plans available. Our treatment regimens do not focus exclusively on disease, but rather on optimising wellness, and function. Following an initial complex assessment, the treating physiotherapist will develop a custom tailored treatment plan to improve quality of life, exercise tolerance and overall physical functioning for optimal outcomes.
