Booking in could be improved – especially the checking out of money on the patient – must be counted in front of the sister and the patient, not grabbed out of my handbag.

Nursing and carers friendliness – better than hospital Food needs more options. Jams, Salt and pepper must be requested by patients. All not used of these are dump into bin. This is to save money. Empty food plates must be collected by kitchen staff see what patient eat and wasted.
