All enquiries for admission are submitted for a comprehensive assessment of individual care needs by a medical professional. In this way, recommendations for the best level of care are made. Our multidisciplinary team assesses each patient within 24 hours of admission. Together, based on achievable goals set by the team, a patient-centred treatment plan will be developed, working towards a safe discharge outcome. We welcome the involvement of family members! SUB-ACUTE
care & rehabilitation
Our sub-acute facility aims to render specialised nursing and multidisciplinary rehabilitation services. To enable medical aids to assist with the tariff, we are licensed by the Department of Health and registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders of Southern Africa.
Our mission
Aimed at improving the functional level of the patient, intervention and care provided is comprehensive, supervised and goal-oriented. We endeavour to reach a point where the patient may be discharged to either a lower level of care or home. For more on our sub-acute & rehabilitation services, click here.
PALLIATIVE
care
Our palliative-trained nurses aim to improve the quality of life of those facing terminal illness. Our facilities are equipped to deal with any palliative care need or duration of stay required.
Our mission
Ensure palliative-care patients are as pain-free, dignified and comfortable as possible. For more on our palliative care services, click here.
LONG-TERM
care
For patients who are no longer able to manage independently, we are an experienced and long-standing group of care providers. Our extensively trained staff and comprehensive activity programmes enable the provision of frail, dementia and palliative care to patients in a safe and secure environment. For more on our long-term care services, click here.
RESPITE
care
Being a caregiver is demanding work. We believe regular breaks have a positive influence on your ability to care for a patient or relative. Respite services allow for a short-term period of private care (not covered by medical aids). Admission for pain relief after a medical treatment is also possible (may be covered by medical aids).
