Sub-Acute Care

Sub-acute care at Faircape Health facilitates the transition and preparation of patients to reintegrate back into their home environments. Once a person has stabilised following an acute incident, but still needs medical and/or physical rehabilitation, they are transferred by their treating medical specialists to sub-acute hospitals such as Faircape Health’s world-class facilities.
